BSI produces Silicon Ion Implanted Charged Particle Detectors and Alpha Spectrometers that use these detectors for precise spectrometry and aerosol monitoring.
BSI also produces X-ray spectrometers based on silicon drift detectors (SDD). Features include Peltier cooling not requiring liquid nitrogen. All X-ray spectrometers based on SDD detectors are equipped with Nuclear Electronics and Software. Please follow links to know more.
